Cycle + Lift

Cycle + Lift combines the power of Les Mills BODYPUMP® with the cardio of Cycle.


TBC + Cycle

Total Body Conditioning (TBC) is a full body workout that is designed to increase strength, mobility, stability, endurance, cardiovascular fitness, and sporting performance. You will get an amazing 30/30 blend; 30 minutes of TBC and 30 minutes of freestyle cycling.

BODYPUMP®
BODYPUMP® is a full-body weights workout and is for anyone looking to get lean, toned and fit – fast.

Bootcamp
Bootcamp is a full body workout that commands power, strength, and agility. Come get fit as you lunge, crunch, and push yourself to the limits through circuit style stations!

Cycle + Lift
Cycle + Lift combines the power of Les Mills BODYPUMP® with the cardio of Cycle.

GRIT Athletic®
GRIT Athletic® is a high intensity interval training plyometric-based workout, designed to make you perform like an athlete.

GRIT Athletic® + Core
After 30 minutes of GRIT Athletic® you'll follow it up with an intense core workout.

GRIT Cardio®
GRIT Cardio® is a high intensity interval training workout that improves cardiovascular fitness, increases speed, and maximizes calorie burn.

GRIT Strength®
GRIT Strength® is a high intensity interval training workout, designed to improve strength and build lean muscle.

GRIT Strength® + Core
After 30 minutes of GRIT Strength® you'll follow it up with an intense core workout.

Tabata
Tabata training is one of the most popular forms of high intensity interval training. It consists of eight rounds of ultra high intensity exercises engaging all muscle groups with 20-seconds-on, 10-seconds-off intervals.

SH'BAM®
SH'BAM® is a fun-loving, insanely addictive dance workout – no dance experience required.

Tribal Yoga
Tribal Yoga incorporates organic and intuitive flows while placing attention on the breath to build endurance, flexibility, strength, and a clear mind.
