Advice to GroupFit newbies
You are here! Whether trying a class for a first time or sweating it out religiously, stick with it. Habits take time to form, before you know it, you will be a week in, a month in, a year in. I started taking yoga doing YouTube videos while my, then, 2 year old and infant son napped. Make time for what you want! And you will soon find it is what you need.
