Where do I find the schedule?
The schedule can be found here. You can browse the entire schedule or sort by your favorite instructor or class, and reserve a spot for your next class from this page.

GroupFit opens 15 minutes prior to each scheduled class. See our schedule for class times.

Classes and Equipment

What classes do you offer?
Our three class formats – Cycle, Lift, and Move – make it so easy to customize a comprehensive workout routine you will truly love.
How do I reserve my spot in a class?
You can book classes here or on the Zen Planner Member App (iOS|Android). Please book at least one hour prior to class. If you need to cancel your reservation, please do so at least one hour prior to class. 
How do I check in for a class?
You can check in on the Zen Planner Member App on your smartphone or by using the check-in tablets located at our front desk.
What kind of bikes do you have?
We feature state-of-the art SC3 bikes from Stages Cycling.
Do I need to provide my own cycling shoes?
Our bikes feature toe cages in addition to the SPD system. If you have cycling shoes, bring them! If not, your regular workout shoes are just fine.
I’ve never cycled before. Where do I start?
If you are new to indoor cycling, arrive a few minutes early and the instructor will help you set up your bike. You’ll be a pro in no time!


I’m super out of shape. Is GroupFit for me?
All bodies and fitness levels are welcome at GroupFit! Our workouts can be modified for different levels of fitness. Not a believer? Read the "Advice to GroupFit newbies" in our instructor profiles. Still not convinced? Talk to us about running a Virtual beginning-level class – just for you!
I’m in pretty good shape. Will I be challenged?
Yes! Talk to one of our staff members to determine what classes will be the best fit for you.
I’ve never tried group fitness. Will I like it?
Of course! Take a look at our instructor profiles to see why group fitness is a great option for everyone. We think you’ll find lots of fun ways to get and stay fit.


How many studios do you have?
We have two group fitness studios and one cycling studio. 
Can I hang out at the cocoa and coffee bar?
Yes! We believe in the power of community. That's why we have created a great space for our members to hang out in. Throughout the day, we offer complimentary beverages. While we encourage our members to take a few minutes to connect with each other, if you’re in a hurry feel free to grab a beverage to go.
Do you have a locker room?
Each studio has cubbies for your personal belongings. We also offer a changing area for women, equipped with hair dryers and other amenities to leave you feeling refreshed.
Do you have showers?
We have two showers. One is available to both men and women and the other is in the women’s changing area. In the showers, you will find shampoo, conditioner, and body wash.
Do you offer towel service?
We offer washcloth-sized towels for working out and full-sized bath towels for showering. Please remember to leave your used towels in the hampers!
