What are your hours?
GroupFit opens 15 minutes prior to each scheduled class. See our schedule for class times. Please note that due to COVID-19 and government restrictions, the coffee bar and lounge area is closed and members will not be allowed to congregate before or after class.
What classes do you offer?
GroupFit is a collective of micro-studios independently owned by fitness and wellness professionals. Each owner brings a unique experience to the GroupFit community. Class variety is growing and evolving as more micro-studio owners join our community. To see what classes we currently offer, go to the Book a Class page and click on the class to see a description.Due to COVID-19 and government restrictions, all classes are currently live-streamed or conducted outdoors.
How do I reserve my spot in a class?
You can book classes here or on the Zen Planner Member App (iOS|Android). Please book at least one hour prior to class. If you need to cancel your reservation, please do so at least one hour prior to class. While you can book your class online or on the app, you pay the micro-studio who is offering the class directly.
How do I check in for a class?
You can check in on the Zen Planner Member App on your smartphone.
What do I need to bring to class?
Due to COVID-19, we encourage you to bring a filled water bottle and mat from home. Water bottles and mats are provided if needed.
Do I need to provide my own cycling shoes?
Our bikes feature toe cages in addition to the SPD system. If you have cycling shoes, bring them! If not, your regular workout shoes are just fine.
I’ve never cycled before. Where do I start?
If you are new to indoor cycling, arrive a few minutes early and the instructor will help you set up your bike. You’ll be a pro in no time!
GroupFit membership is free and allows you to book classes with most of our micro-studios. Class fees vary and are paid directly to the instructor or micro-studio owner.
How many studios do you have?
We have two group fitness studios and one cycling studio. We also have a tech-enabled conference room for personal consultations.Currently, due to COVID-19 and government restrictions, all classes are being live-streamed or conducted outside the studio.
Do you have a locker room?
Each studio has cubbies for your personal belongings. Our changing area is currently closed due to COVID-19 and government restrictions.
Do you have showers?
Our private showers are currently closed due to COVID-19 and government restrictions.
Do you offer towel service?
We offer both washcloth-sized and full-sized towels. The full-sized towels can be placed on mats. Please remember to leave your used towels in the hampers to ensure cleanliness.
