Favorite way to stay fit
Flowing it out and getting creative on my yoga mat is my go-to way to stay healthy and fit, physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually. I love combining dance, strength, and stretching with fun and upbeat jams or chill vibes. Music makes me move!
What I like most about group fitness
I love the magic that's created when we are sharing space and energy together in a group fitness class. I've never felt more motivated, encouraged, or supported than when I'm pushing past my comfort zone with others doing the same!
Intention + Action creates Change. When we start with intention and partner it with action, we become catalysts for change, not only within ourselves, but the world around us!
Advice to GroupFit newbies
Embrace the Journey, whatever it looks or feels like. Let go of your expectations and allow yourself the opportunity to simply BE, to experience the present moment, and see what unfolds for you along the way.
