I love having dinner and watching a movie with my family. Going out for dinner on date night is a favorite and a great workout class or event is also big on my list.

I LOVE group fitness classes; yoga, swimming, hiking, and of course, Pound.

Being with others! Human connection! Plus, I push myself more.
